Anyone in US can dial that extension using US toll free number and you will be receiving call on your instant messenger.If you need an analogy with telephone system, this service allows you to receive calls on your instant messengers by clicking the link in the chat window.
Making outgoing calls is work in progress. This is a free call with very good voice quality and initial offering limits the duration to 10 minutes.
I know all of you guys are busy but come on I am banking on your goodwill and registration so spread the word.
