Cini: It took me a year to write the book. I do write a lot, and enjoy it thoroughly. There are many papers, articles, reports etc that I have written. You could google with the search tag: liyakhat+equations and will probably come up with a few of them. Although not all of them are on the web. Just let the questions coming.
You can definetely meet us in person and hand over a copy of the book. All u have to do is board the next plane to Toronto and then to SFO ...Hope u will heed to my advice :)-
